ABOUT THE OTHER THINGS by THE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER IN SINTRA
The photos belong to a wedding with the ceremony at São Martinho Church in Sintra and the party at Quinta da Serra
The photos are grabbed
Usually, I only pick up photos for the blog with the bride and groom. But today I want to try to give an idea wider of the wedding day with the people there and give you a better thought about my workday.
Sometimes I say that I do not make photos, I grab them. The photos are everywhere and I just discover them and pick some from my camera bag. And that is my pleasure all day, with the obligation of telling the story of what happened. The wedding day has several parts that force the wedding photographer to adapt to the moment in a way to shows the best form possible.
A job done sensation, by the wedding photographer
There are the moments which I, like a curious cat, watch the best way to frame those special moments from the bride and groom, when they prepare themselves, there are the moments which it is needed a very fast reaction and, also, as Capitan of the ship in the ocean tell how this family photo must and, as canoe driver in the fast river with the unstoppable stream, will look everywhere finding that photo that will tell.
A wedding day always brings a flow of possible photos that leave the wedding photographer with no rest all day. There are no calm moments: from the important celebration moments until the joke of the joker friend to the end of the day, with a nice job done sensation.
That is why I have some pride in the wedding of Stephanie and Luis. It was a great joy and I have a special thanks to them because they had chosen me to photograph. I loved that.
