That afternoon had a light in favor of the photographer. As an addict, it is effortless that I take Ana and Rui to the top of the Serra de Sintra. Peninha has something magical that drags photographers, amateurs or professionals, landscape or fashion, advertising, or weddings like a bee to honey.
On the way we made the, always beautiful, the road of Lagoa Azul/Serra where we passed by Penha Longa, a place made, almost on purpose, for the celebration of weddings.
In fact, the ancient forest produces such a magical light, the trees a scenario so complete, where our bride and groom fit wonderfully and it is almost impossible to escape from it.
So it was nightfall that transported us to an intensely living elopement session. The photographs flowed to the taste of the sidewalk that was made between the trees that the vines blessed with their lacework giving the wedding photographer those photo backgrounds that so much he liked.
Once again, as a wedding photographer, I think I have fulfilled my main goal: to produce photographs where the couple, afterward, feel portrayed with all the dignity they deserved.
