Imagination
One of the great satisfactions of a wedding photographer is to have a bride in front of you, happy with her wedding day, special taste for photography, and comfortable with the cameras. It was Alexandra on that hot, beautiful summer day.
One of the things that pull through the imagination of the wedding photographer is to have a nice groom who prefers the cameras away and because I must be, do it painlessly and fast. It was that with Hélio.
Golden sun for photos
However, as most of my work is done as wedding photojournalism, I did not let Hélio so much notice my presence and was always attentive to bringing to the focal plane, the always luminous and radiant, Alexandra. And, when she was, the work was fast as the wind on a breezy day, in such a way that when, at the end of the afternoon, we went to take our ride, Hélio was already tolerant with the idea and, that late golden afternoon sun-blessed them as it already happened in the beautiful Matriz Church S. João Baptista in Alhandra.
Ensuring memory, through photographs
This is the work that, as a wedding photographer, gives me more pleasure to achieve. On the one hand, ensure a beautiful memory and, on the other, be able to reconcile tastes and differences so that, close to the end, everyone has been fulfilled and celebrated with satisfaction.
It remains to be said that on that hillside overlooking a rural valley full of vineyards and agricultural fields was a day, and night, which was worth in Quinta do Palhas, near the Carregado. And it was worth it for the wedding photographer.
